Business Analyst

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field .

3+ years of experience in the technology domain, with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst .

Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for data, analytics, or AI-enabled products .

Hands-on experience in process analysis and redesign, using frameworks such as BPMN or similar process modeling techniques .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Ability to produce clear and structured documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, reporting definitions, and training materials .

Familiarity with data concepts such as KPIs, data quality, basic SQL or query tools, and BI dashboards to support requirement validation and analysis.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate problem statements, solution approaches, and business value .

Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives with minimal supervision .
