Platform & Service Management: Serve as SME for Azure PaaS services — App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, Redis, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, Backup, and AKS. Design and support secure, scalable, and resilient Azure PaaS solutions.
Operations & Monitoring: Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and lead RCA for critical incidents.
Optimization & Automation: Enhance performance, cost, and scalability using Terraform, ARM, and Azure DevOps. Implement cloud governance and lifecycle best practices.
Security & Compliance: Ensure access control, encryption, and identity management with Azure AD and RBAC; align deployments with compliance standards.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with DevOps and app teams, mentor juniors, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
